When you take time to stamp with friends, you are creating a healthy habit and a social connection. Having creative outlets and social connections have been shown to reduce stress and improve quality of life. Much like the dreaded exercise resolution, just once won’t give you the results you want! It is important to be consistent. Set a weekly or monthly date to stamp and chat with your friends. You’ll all benefit from the affordable and healthy habit, as will the lucky folks that receive your hand-stamped creations!
