• Refills must be ordered in multiples of 10 (10, 20, 30, etc.)
• Orders will be placed on September 30th and October 15th
  
• Payment must be received by September 29th for 9/30 and October 14th for 10/15 order--cash, checks, and Paypal accepted
• Local pick-up at no charge
• Out of town customers will pay a $6 shipping & handling charge
