INSTRUCTIONS
Stamp sentiment with Cobbler ink on Vanilla CS. Cut out with Snips. Attach to red DSP with Liquid Glue.
Cut out three different size hearts (all but the largest) from Green DSP with Die. Attach to red DSP with Liquid Glue.
Attach red DSP to Gold DSP with
Seal, add pictures, and then insert into frame.
